A Personal or Psychological problem is a problem in the mental state that includes behavior, thoughts, and emotions that may cause distress or impairment. Sometimes, an individual would not be able to deal with the psychological difficulties happened with them in past. So, we can also say that it disables the functioning of our body and may lead to unusual behavior that can be sometimes dangerous to themselves or others.


There are various ways to classify personal and psychological matters:

Eating matter/disorder- Eating disorders are like anorexia(eating excessively less) and bulimia (eating excessively more). You can also see these symptoms through the weight of human body.
Sexual matter/disorders- Sexual disorders includes erectile dysfunction, sex addiction, hypo-active sex desires etc.
Depression- It is a major mood disorder. An Individual suffering from such disorder might feel real low, sad, upset etc. It is also the biggest problem in today’s generation.
Personality disorder-Personality disorders include instability in moods, behavior, self-image, and functioning.
Sleeping disorder-Inability to sleep properly is known as the sleeping disorder.
Anxiety in Children- Fears, excessive tension, and phobias are known as Anxiety.
Relationship issues- Marriage problems, family problems, parent-child relationship.
Bipolar disorder – Excessive mood swings which include sudden emotional highs and lows.
